Your Role: Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and management of contracts across our organization.
- Ensure adherence to high ethical standards and compliance with all regulations.
- Manage the accurate entry and secure maintenance of contracts and proposals within our organizational systems.
- Support all facets of the proposal process, including pricing strategies, contracts, subcontracts, and agreements.
- Establish and uphold standards for contract presentations, including budgets, payment terms, and contract language.
- Facilitate contract strategy meetings to address client requirements and gather senior management input on deliverables and timelines.
- Draft contractual provisions reflecting organizational strategy and senior management insights.
- Guarantee the precision and relevance of all contract documentation.
- Act as a liaison between internal teams and external customers.
- Serve as the primary representative during contract negotiations.
- Lead the negotiation and management of task agreements (TAs) and non-disclosure agreements (NDAs).
- Monitor contract performance to ensure conformity with all active and future contracts.
- Provide expert advice on contractual obligations, risk management, client specifications, and compliance with government regulations.
- Oversee the administration of company contracts, including pricing and negotiation.
- Guide management on contractual rights and clarify terms and conditions.
- Identify and address contract administration issues, proposing effective solutions.
- Contribute to the development and upkeep of the contract database as needed.
- Assist with proposal writing, pricing strategies, editing, and reviewing tasks on an ad hoc basis.
Your Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology (IT), or a related discipline is preferred, or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of 6 years’ experience in contract management is essential.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with technical teams.
- In-depth knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) is required.
- Strong understanding of business cases, financial implications, and profit and loss realities.
