Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee a diverse caseload involving sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and leasehold transactions from initial instruction through to successful completion.
• Efficiently manage your full range of conveyancing matters, demonstrating independence and a proactive approach throughout the case lifecycle.
• Bring your considerable experience in conveyancing to the role. While it is preferred, formal qualifications as a Residential Property Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive are not mandatory.
