Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of commercial contracts (including MSAs, NDAs, SaaS agreements, and vendor contracts)
• Advising on entity structuring, corporate governance practices, and board documentation processes
• Supporting fundraising efforts, conducting cap table reviews, and fulfilling investor due diligence
• Managing contract workflows and overseeing internal legal operations
• Providing counsel on employment law, intellectual property protections, and compliance best practices
• Coordinating with external legal advisors for specialized areas (such as international matters, M&A, and data privacy)
• Assisting with regulatory submissions and cross-border legal considerations
• Functioning as a strategic partner in risk management and legal frameworks to encourage growth

Qualifications We’re Looking For:

• A robust understanding of commercial, corporate, and contract law
• Outstanding communication skills, particularly with non-legal stakeholders
• Experience working with startups, scale-ups, or service-oriented businesses
• A proven ability to handle multiple clients or workstreams independently
• Familiarity with U.S., UK, or international business law is advantageous
• Previous experience in a fractional, consulting, or solo legal practice is highly preferred
• Autonomy to determine your own fees
