About the Opportunity

If you’re a talented CRM Data Analyst searching for an exciting contracting role, we have the perfect position for you. Our client, a prominent Software Development company, is seeking a CRM Data Analyst to support their ambitious consolidation and transformation program. Your experience will be particularly valuable for the lead-to-cash transformation project, and familiarity with downstream finance processes is a plus.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring high quality of customer master data
• Supporting enrichment strategies to maintain clean data for complete lead-to-cash visibility
• Assisting in data migration initiatives
• Collaborating with various business teams, CRM specialists, and Data Engineers to meet data standards and facilitate operational readiness

This position offers a remote-first working model, with occasional travel to London.

Duration: Initial contract of 3 months.

What You’ll Bring

• 3-5 years of experience in CRM data analysis with a strong background in Salesforce
• Proficiency in SQL; familiarity with Snowflake views is an advantageous addition
• Knowledge of B2B data models, encompassing accounts, contacts, and relationships
• Experience in data profiling, enrichment strategies, and customer hierarchy management
• Exposure to NetSuite ERP is highly beneficial
• Strong attention to detail and a self-driven approach to working across technical and business domains
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
