Here’s what your day-to-day responsibilities will entail:
- Guide clients, customers, and healthcare providers in understanding our services. Expect to field inquiries regarding payment determinations and claims associated with medical and dental procedures, as well as office and hospital visit costs.
- Streamline the customer experience by taking ownership of their concerns and striving to resolve issues effectively through chat interactions at the first point of contact.
- Act as a champion for health and wellness by educating customers about disease management programs and advocating for the most suitable healthy living options available to them.

Qualifications You Bring
- A High School Diploma or equivalent is essential, while an Associate or Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- At least 1 year of customer service experience with a focus on analyzing and resolving customer issues is required.
- Intermediate proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite is essential, along with strong multitasking abilities in a computer-based environment.
- Familiarity with Medical Terminology is advantageous.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills are a must.
- Strong organizational skills and a keen focus on time management are essential to thrive in this position.
