WHAT DOES A BENEFITS SALES REPRESENTATIVE DO?
A Benefits Sales Representative engages with union members online to discuss supplemental benefit plans designed to provide families with additional protections beyond their employer’s offerings. In this essential role, you will facilitate consultations, clarify available options, and guide families towards selecting the ideal benefits tailored to their needs. Our successful representatives are outstanding communicators—ambitious, motivated, and organized individuals who thrive in an entrepreneurial atmosphere and are dedicated team players.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reach out to clients via phone who have expressed interest in benefit options and set up Zoom consultations.
Conduct educational meetings with clients over Zoom to discuss their available benefits.
Assist clients in enrolling in the supplemental benefits that suit them best.
Build and nurture relationships with both existing and new clients.
Deliver exceptional customer service while providing necessary administrative support to meet members’ needs.

COMPENSATION:
Pay is performance-based, with the estimated earnings for first-year representatives ranging from $40,000 to $80,000. Additional weekly bonuses based on performance may apply.
QUALIFICATIONS:
