This fixed-schedule position requires availability for evenings and weekends, meaning all team members should be prepared to work until 9:00 PM Central Time (6:00 PM Alaska Time).

Your Role Includes:
In this position, you will reach out to homeowners who have already shown interest in home improvement services—this is NOT a cold calling environment. Your main goal will be to deliver top-notch customer service while assisting in setting appointments and responding to inquiries.

- Possess strong listening abilities and maintain a courteous, professional phone demeanor
- Are driven by clear objectives and enjoy working with performance metrics
- Welcome coaching, are open to feedback, and have a desire to improve
- Excel at multitasking, managing calls while navigating systems
- Can type at a minimum speed of 35 WPM and have proficient computer skills
- Collaborate well with colleagues and love contributing to team successes
- Are prepared to commit to a fixed schedule, including evenings and weekends until 9:00 PM CST
Compensation & Benefits:
- Starting pay: $15.00-$17.00 per hour (commensurate with experience)
- Paid virtual training to equip you for success
- Increased pay within 30 days based on performance
- Paid Time Off (PTO) accrued after 90 days (available for both full-time and part-time employees)
- Opportunities for advancement—many representatives have moved up to management roles
Additional Requirements:
- Candidates must be current residents of Alaska
- Commitment to a fixed schedule ending no earlier than 9:00 PM CST is essential
Home Office & Tech Specifications:
- High-speed wired internet (Wi-Fi is not acceptable)
- Windows 10 or higher, 8GB RAM, with a minimum 2GHz processor
- Browsers: Google Chrome, Firefox, or Safari
- MS Office or OpenOffice (free options available)
- A webcam is required for meetings and training
- A company-provided headset will be supplied
