    Your Role and Responsibilities
    As a Pre-Licensed Representative, you will leverage your exceptional decision-making skills and creativity to resolve customer concerns while adhering to company guidelines. Key responsibilities include:

    • Addressing complex consumer inquiries and providing guidance to entry-level representatives
    • Assisting policyholders with billing queries and concerns
    • Supporting policyholders in implementing requested policy changes
    • Offering tailored recommendations to meet policyholder needs

    Who We Seek
    We are seeking motivated individuals who are dedicated to delivering excellence in everything we do. Our ideal candidates will possess:

    • At least 6 months of customer service experience
    • A minimum age of 18
    • Basic typing skills (25 wpm)
    • High School diploma or GED equivalent
    • Proficiency with desktop computer systems
    • Strong verbal and written communication abilities
    • Preferred call center experience (6 months)
    • Logical problem-solving aptitude
    • Flexibility to work various shifts
    • Competency with Windows operating systems
    • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks

    Work from Home Requirements:

    • Internet Specifications:

      • Minimum download speed of 25.0 Mbps
      • Minimum upload speed of 5.0 Mbps
      • Internet service provider must demonstrate no packet loss and have a ping under 50ms
      • No satellite, mobile data, P2P, or VPN connections
      • Proof of internet speed is mandatory
    • A clean and quiet workspace is essential.
