    Key Details:
    Position: Customer Success Manager
    Location: Remote with bi-monthly visits to Ellesmere Port, Cheshire (more visits are preferred)
    Salary: £45,454 – £60,454
    Benefits: Comprehensive package including Pension, Life Assurance, Employee Assistance Program, Discounted Gym Memberships, and more
    Hours: 37.5 hours per week with flexible hours available between 08:00 and 18:00, Monday to Friday

    Your Role as a Customer Success Manager:

    In this pivotal role, you will serve as a strategic partner for our clients, ensuring they derive maximum value from our products and services. You will cultivate long-term relationships, support customers post-implementation, and identify growth and optimization opportunities. By embedding yourself in your clients’ journey, you’ll foster partnerships that drive mutual success and long-lasting value.

    Areas Where You’ll Shine:

    • Customer Relationship Management: As a trusted advisor, you will maintain enduring relationships with clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and value.
    • Revenue & Retention: Drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities, ensuring achievement of both client and business objectives.
    • Collaboration & Strategy: Work closely with Sales, Product, and Support teams to align on shared customer goals.
    • Reporting & Tools: Utilize HubSpot to manage customer interactions effectively and keep comprehensive account records. Use data insights to inform strategic decisions and encourage continuous improvement.

    About You:

    • Proven experience in Customer Success or account management in a SaaS environment, preferably in HR, Employee Relations, People, or Recruitment Tech.
    • Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and influencing abilities.
    • Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to relationship management.
    • Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
    • Commercially savvy, with a strong understanding of industry and product nuances.
    • A knack for interpreting data and deriving actionable insights.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
