    We are in search of an energetic and experienced Customer Success Manager/Director to elevate our team at ValidMind, a pioneering startup in Model Risk Management (MRM). In this crucial role, you’ll take the lead in championing client success and fostering the overall adoption of our Enterprise MRM platform.

    As a trusted partner, you will engage with clients to understand their business goals and devise customized MRM programs that achieve those objectives. You will guide a dedicated account team comprising CS Field Engineers and CS MRM Advisors, delivering exceptional support during the onboarding and implementation of our platform, as well as throughout its continued use.

    In your role as an industry thought leader, you will keep pace with best practices and regulatory updates to provide informed insights to our clients. You will also play a vital part in formulating and executing ValidMind’s customer success strategy, ensuring we deliver outstanding value consistently.

    Key Responsibilities & Your Impact:

    • Oversee the customer onboarding and implementation process for ValidMind’s Enterprise MRM platform.
    • Manage various customer success initiatives by executing and monitoring CS enablement and enrichment activities.
    • Lead customer account teams in the execution of CS Programs, including CS Field Engineers and CS MRM Advisors.
    • Collaborate closely with clients to comprehensively understand their business objectives and create tailored MRM programs to meet them.
    • Provide continuous support and expert guidance on utilizing the MRM platform and implementing best practices for managing model risk.
    • Track client progress and identify areas for growth and improvement.
    • Conduct regular client assessments to evaluate effectiveness and recommend enhancements.
    • Act as a conduit between clients and ValidMind’s product development team to fulfill client requirements.
    • Stay updated on industry standards and regulatory changes related to model risk management.
    • Contribute to shaping and executing ValidMind’s customer success strategy.

    Your Profile & Qualifications:

    • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management.
    • Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
    • Strong analytical capabilities, high emotional intelligence, and a data-driven approach.
    • Availability during EMEA hours with flexibility for overlaps with US Eastern time zone.
    • Experience in customer-facing roles, necessitating regular interactions with clients and presentations.
    • Proficient in developing customer-facing content using Google Workspace applications.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Familiarity with AI Model Development and Model Risk Management (MRM).
    • Startup mentality and a willingness to contribute beyond defined responsibilities.
    • Knowledge of Python/R, Jupyter Notebooks, Shortcut, ZenDesk, & Notion is a plus.
    • Willingness to travel for team-building events and customer visits.

    Salary: £48,123 – £80,000 base salary, depending on experience, location, and other relevant factors (paid in local currency).
