    **Start Date:** June 9

    Work Environment:

    • This position offers the flexibility of REMOTE work. However, please be aware that occasional on-site attendance at the campus may be required.

    • All team members must live within a 60-mile radius of the Training Hub located in Virginia Beach, VA.

    • Internet connectivity requirements: Satellite, hotspots, wireless point-to-point, extenders, WiFi, or pay-per-data services are not permitted as they hinder equipment functionality.

    • A minimum internet speed of 50 mbps download and 25 mbps upload is required.

    • An Ethernet connection is mandatory for this role.

    • You must be capable of setting up and installing workstation equipment within 8-12 feet of your modem/router, ensuring that your setup is hardwired with the provided cables. A minimum of two ports is necessary for a single workstation.

    • Do not attempt to utilize extended cables as it may impede equipment performance. Internet providers can install additional hard-wired connections upon request, but any associated costs will not be covered by the company.

    • Your workspace must accommodate two monitors, a phone, a keyboard, and a mouse.

    • Your work environment should be free from distractions, including family interruptions, pets, loud televisions, etc.

    • You must have access to an established high-speed internet connection (non-satellite) that is private and not shared; the company will not provide or reimburse this expense.

    Training:

    • The training program runs Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5:30 PM EST for 25 working days, which includes 13 days of trainer-led instruction and hands-on training plus 5 days of phone field exercises.

    • Your skill training days and your final schedule will differ.

    • Upon training completion, you will enter a 10-day nesting period, engaging with calls, attending debriefing sessions, and receiving additional procedural guidance while following the training schedule during this time. Post-nesting, you will shift to your assigned hours.

    • Approximately 10 business days after nesting, you will be required to attend a 5-day Credit Card Fraud skills training, which will be scheduled differently than your regular shift. Successful completion of this training is necessary for consideration for full-time conversion.

    Normal Shift After Training:

    • Once training is complete, available shifts will include a flex schedule of Monday to Saturday or Sunday to Friday, starting between 2:00 PM and 3:00 PM EST. Flexibility for weekend work is essential.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Protect account and member information by identifying potential risks and ensuring the security of assets.

    • Assist members with account transactions and inquiries.

    • Direct members to the appropriate departments as needed.

    • Provide account balances and transaction history for members and businesses.

    • Facilitate fund transfers between member, business accounts, and other financial institutions.

    • Open new accounts while educating members about services that align with their needs.

    • Guide members through enrollment in online and mobile banking services, highlighting their features and benefits.

    • Order debit cards for both new and existing members.

    • Conduct research on debit card transactions and handle limit increase requests.

    • Address queries related to lost, stolen, or misplaced debit cards.

    • Submit disputes regarding unauthorized electronic checks.

    • Release direct deposits as requested.

    • Perform complex account transactions including account closure and stop payments.

    Qualifications (Required):

    • High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.

    • Outstanding customer service skills with strong verbal and written communication abilities.

    • Proficient in computer use with solid typing skills.

    • Able to ask probing questions and de-escalate tense situations when necessary.

    • Excellent time management and decision-making capabilities.

    • Demonstrated adaptability and accountability.

    Shifts:

    • Representatives will receive their schedules two weeks in advance, working a maximum of five days a week, but must maintain flexibility.

    Compensation and Benefits:

    The hourly pay for this position is competitive at $19.50/hr. Eligibility criteria apply for certain benefits, which may depend on job classification and duration of employment. Available benefits for this temporary role may include:
