- Respond to incoming customer communications.

What You Bring to the Role
- A minimum of 6 months of customer service experience.
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- The ability to articulate and apply your product or service knowledge.
- Proficient computer skills.
- A high-speed internet connection (greater than 25mbps) with a hardwired connection to your home router.
