Core Responsibilities:
- Gather, sanitize, and analyze extensive datasets from multiple sources to pinpoint trends and patterns that shape business strategies.
- Craft and uphold dashboards and reports, effectively communicating your findings to stakeholders.
- Work in tandem with cross-functional teams to grasp their data requirements and deliver analytical support.
- Execute data quality assessments and ensure adherence to data governance protocols.
- Leverage statistical methods and data visualization tools to articulate complex information in a straightforward and engaging manner.
- Support the design and execution of A/B testing and other experimental frameworks to assess the effectiveness of initiatives.

Qualifications
- Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience in a Data Analyst position or a comparable analytical role.
- Proficient in data analysis tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python, or R.
- Experience with data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) for crafting insightful dashboards.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to effectively present complex data insights to non-technical audiences.
- Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
- Familiar with statistical analysis techniques and methodologies.
