In this exciting position, you will be pivotal in converting data into meaningful insights that steer our strategic initiatives and enhance decision-making across the organization. You will engage with a variety of stakeholders to ensure that data is accurately gathered, analyzed, and shared, aligning perfectly with our business goals.

Core Responsibilities:

• Gather, sanitize, and analyze extensive datasets from multiple sources to pinpoint trends and patterns that shape business strategies.
• Craft and uphold dashboards and reports, effectively communicating your findings to stakeholders.
• Work in tandem with cross-functional teams to grasp their data requirements and deliver analytical support.
• Execute data quality assessments and ensure adherence to data governance protocols.
• Leverage statistical methods and data visualization tools to articulate complex information in a straightforward and engaging manner.
• Support the design and execution of A/B testing and other experimental frameworks to assess the effectiveness of initiatives.

Qualifications

• Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience in a Data Analyst position or a comparable analytical role.
• Proficient in data analysis tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python, or R.
• Experience with data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) for crafting insightful dashboards.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills to effectively present complex data insights to non-technical audiences.
• Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
• Familiar with statistical analysis techniques and methodologies.
