    Join our dynamic team as a Data Entry Specialist in a fully remote position, where flexibility meets opportunity! With working hours from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM PST, you’ll have the perfect work-life balance while contributing to our mission.

    In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of essential tasks, including:

    • Collecting, organizing, and preparing source documents for seamless entry into our designated database.
    • Conducting thorough reviews of data to identify any discrepancies or missing information, and efficiently resolving issues in alignment with standard procedures.
    • Accurately entering both alphabetical and numerical data from source documents into our system, ensuring excellence at every step.
    • Verifying the accuracy of entered data against original documents and making necessary corrections to maintain data integrity.
    • Adhering to strict security practices and procedures to safeguard our data.
    • Conducting daily database backups to ensure the security of information.
    • Performing additional clerical tasks such as sorting, filing, emailing, and proofreading as needed.
    • Upholding confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations for all personal and financial information.
    • Embracing a variety of other responsibilities as assigned.

    To succeed in this role, we seek candidates with the following qualifications:

    • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
    • At least 6 months of relevant experience, or a combination of training and experience.
    • Experience in a medical office setting is advantageous but not mandatory.
    • Tech-savviness and a keen attention to detail are essential.

    Additional qualifications include:

    • Proficiency with computers, fax machines, copiers, scanners, and telephones.
    • Familiarity with various software programs, particularly Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and internet applications.
    • Typing skills of at least 40 words per minute.
    • A keen eye for accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks.
    • A proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement and maintaining high-quality standards.
    • Strong communication skills, enabling you to convey information effectively and clarify misunderstandings when needed.
    • A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and fostering a supportive, team-oriented environment.
