Your Key Responsibilities:
- Keep our database thriving by entering and updating customer and account information with attention to detail.
- Prepare source data for entry, ensuring it is well-organized and sorted.
- Set entry priorities efficiently to optimize workflow.
- Process customer and account documents by reviewing data and addressing any deficiencies promptly.
- Utilize standard procedures to resolve data issues, returning incomplete documents to the team leader when necessary.
- Input customer and account information accurately using your keyboard or optical scanner.
- Adhere to data program techniques and procedures to maintain data entry standards.
- Verify accuracy by reviewing, correcting, or reentering customer and account data.
- Integrate data from various systems to fill in any gaps in account information.
- Eliminate data duplicates by efficiently purging files.
- Test updates and changes in customer and account systems by entering new data.
- Safeguard information through regular database backups.
- Support operational continuity by following established policies and procedures and suggesting improvements as needed.
- Uphold customer confidentiality to maintain trust and secure operations.
- Contribute positively to team goals by achieving related outcomes efficiently.

- Be readily accessible to the facility, carrying a facility cell phone during on and off duty hours.
- Assist in the coordination of participant intakes and departures.
- Deliver consistent services to clients, collaboratively working with public and private organizations.
- Assess and support facility renovations and upgrades as needed.
- Perform preventative maintenance on equipment and repairs as required.
- Guide participants in Independent Living Skills and relational wellness.
- Provide crisis intervention and mediation when necessary.
- Engage effectively with co-workers, participants, families, and service providers.
- Be a secondary on-call resource during designated times.
- Ensure that participants enjoy a safe and adequate living environment.
- Work both independently and collaboratively to devise innovative strategies that meet contract goals.
- Transport participants safely as needed in YMCA vehicles.
- Practice safe driving techniques while operating vehicles for YMCA business.
- Assist with various administrative tasks and ensure proper document storage and auditing.
- Take part in all mandatory staff meetings, training, and development events.
