**About the Position**

We are on the lookout for a proactive and skilled Data Analyst to join our data-focused team, dedicated to boosting operational efficiency. In collaboration with Data Modellers, you’ll play an essential role in enhancing user stories, improving data catalogues, and assessing business process models through a data lens. Your contributions will be pivotal in synchronizing reporting processes and transitioning to the Common Data Model (CDM) and Logical Data Model (LDM).

**Key Responsibilities**

Collaboration with Data Modellers:

1. Partner closely with Data Modellers to minimize context-switching, paving the way for seamless workflows and expedited delivery.
2. Refine user stories to ensure they are thorough and actionable, tailored to data needs.
3. Assess and verify that data catalogues created by Business Analysts meet the team’s requirements.

Business Process & Data Perspective:

1. Evaluate and analyze business process models and state transition diagrams, with a focus on:
2. Lists of Values (LoVs)
3. Managing the lifecycles of key concepts.

Requirements Management:

1. Filter and prioritize incoming data requirements (both new requests and modifications) to alleviate Data Modellers’ workload.
2. Oversee iterative changes to requirements and related documentation through effective clarification and feedback mechanisms.

**Qualifications and Experience**

• Demonstrated experience as a Data Analyst, particularly in data architecture or migration initiatives.
• Robust understanding of data catalogues, user stories, and business process models.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Capable of collaborating with diverse teams, including Data Modellers and Business Analysts.
• Familiarity with data lifecycle management and logical data models is advantageous.
