Your Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with company goals, including an annual content calendar.
• Oversee editorial workflows and ensure timely completion of deliverables by the content team.
• Establish publication standards and provide clear goals and expectations for team members.
• Lead the creation and editing process for Cozymeal Magazine, including drafting outlines, reviewing articles, and sourcing visuals.
• Manage article creation in Cozymeal’s custom blog CMS, from building to scheduling.
• Publish engaging and informative content related to cooking classes, food tours, and more on our website.
• Curate and maintain a visually appealing image gallery and oversee all visual content.
• Guide Digital Content Editors and team members with best practices in digital content editing.
• Facilitate the onboarding process for new writers to ensure a smooth integration into the team.

Ideal Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years in copywriting.
• 4+ years in digital content editing.
• 3+ years in managing editorial calendars and content strategies.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong visual and photo research capabilities.
• In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices.
• Exceptional organizational skills and multitasking abilities.
