About the Opportunity:

Cozymeal is on the lookout for a dynamic Digital Editorial Manager with a strong background in culinary and lifestyle content (both written and visual) to enhance our team. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead content creation for Cozymeal, including contributions to Cozymeal Magazine and our various experience pages.

• Strategize and oversee the company’s comprehensive content agenda, aligning it with our annual goals.
• Develop and manage an editorial calendar, ensuring that our content team meets all deliverables effectively.
• Establish publication benchmarks, setting clear goals and expectations for the editorial team.
• Generate and refine compelling content for Cozymeal Magazine by outlining articles, reviewing drafts, and sourcing visual assets.
• Utilize Cozymeal’s custom blog CMS to create and schedule engaging articles.
• Review and publish fresh content, both visual and text-based, highlighting our cooking classes, food tours, and unique experiences.
• Curate and oversee our image gallery and visual content to maintain a distinctive aesthetic.
• Guide and mentor Digital Content Editors and team members, sharing best practices for digital content editing.
• Facilitate the onboarding process for new writers, ensuring a seamless integration into our company culture.

Qualifications We Are Looking For:

• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of copywriting experience.
• 4+ years of digital content editing expertise.
• 3+ years of involvement in editorial calendar management and content strategy.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong skills in visual and photo research.
• Proficient knowledge of SEO best practices.
• Exceptional organizational talents with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A passion for food and culinary culture.
• Proficient in working efficiently from a home office setting.
