About the Opportunity:

We are in search of a dynamic Digital Editorial Manager with a strong background in culinary and lifestyle content creation (both written and visual) to become an integral part of our team. In this role, you will lead the content development initiatives for Cozymeal, which includes contributions to Cozymeal Magazine and other experience pages.

• Design and implement the company’s content strategy along with an annual content roadmap.
• Create and manage an editorial calendar to ensure timely execution of deliverables by the content team.
• Establish publication standards, setting clear goals and expectations for the team.
• Oversee the development of content for Cozymeal Magazine by assigning tasks, editing articles, and curating images.
• Utilize Cozymeal’s custom blog CMS to build and schedule engaging articles.
• Review and publish fresh content (both visual and written) on our website for cooking classes, food tours, and other offerings.
• Manage and enrich the company’s image gallery with captivating visual content.
• Guide and mentor Digital Content Editors and other team members on best practices in digital content editing.
• Facilitate the onboarding process for new writers, ensuring seamless integration into the team.

What We Seek:

• A Bachelor’s degree or comparable experience.
• A minimum of 4 years in copywriting.
• At least 4 years of digital content editing experience.
• More than 3 years of experience in managing editorial calendars and content strategies.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong skills in visual and photo research.
• Advanced understanding of SEO principles.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A passion for food and familiarity with culinary culture.
• Proficiency in working effectively in a home office setup.
