At ProudMouth, our Digital Marketing Account Managers play a pivotal role as "Influence Engineers". This is an intermediate-level position designed for professionals who possess a solid background in digital marketing, adept client relationship management, and account oversight. Experience in digital content creation is also advantageous for the right candidate. In this exciting role, you will spearhead the development and execution of podcasting and social media strategies tailored for your clients. Your primary focus will be enhancing their online visibility, fine-tuning marketing metrics using our comprehensive analytics tools, and nurturing each client relationship to boost their revenue.
As an Influence Engineer, you will collaborate closely with clients and their marketing teams (if applicable) on a daily basis to ensure that the creative content aligns with their brand identity and effectively communicates their desired market voice. You will guide them through our established marketing strategies and tactics—what we call their "Influence Journey"—to maximize the success of their podcast and social media initiatives.
Responsibilities include:

- Generating New Revenue
- Performing all necessary Account Manager duties for your assigned clients while handling a diverse client portfolio simultaneously.
- Taking ownership of the quality of all interactions and deliverables, in partnership with the Content Curator and Production Team.
- Reviewing client podcasts and content created to ensure accuracy, style guide adherence, alignment with client voice, and relevance.
- Providing constructive feedback to enhance writing and content quality.
- Conducting regular episode reviews, identifying strengths and weaknesses, and presenting actionable insights for improvement.
- Engaging in regular client meetings to discuss analytics, successes, and improvement opportunities, with a keen understanding of the metrics provided.
- Assisting clients with podcast direction and marketing strategies while uncovering and promoting client success stories.
- Collaborating with clients to strategize marketing tactics, identifying areas for improvement, and recommending implementation plans.
- Monitoring and maintaining client satisfaction, proactively addressing any potential client concerns with leadership.
- Supporting the onboarding process of new clients alongside sales team members.
- Focusing on revenue retention and growth for each client in your portfolio.
Qualifications include:
- A Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Digital Marketing or Social Media, preferably with an emphasis on Technology and AI Applications; additional Business focus is a plus.
- Proven experience in Account Management and Client Relationships, with a responsibility for revenue growth.
- Proficiency in developing Marketing Plans and adeptly using social media platforms (LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.) as well as Podcast and Video Production experience.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented self-starter with strong technical acumen and problem-solving abilities.
- Up-to-date skills in various technologies including Word, Excel, Outlook, Google Workspace, and familiarity with WordPress.
