    Key Responsibilities:

    • Act as the primary representative of the Stine brand within your designated area.
    • Cultivate a deep understanding of the agronomic and technical aspects of Stine seed offerings tailored to your territory.
    • Nurture existing customer relationships while actively seeking out new accounts to drive sales growth.
    • Effectively communicate and enforce Stine’s sales strategies and policies to achieve district sales objectives.
    • Collaborate with the Stine Regional Sales Agronomist to deliver superior sales assistance in your territory.
    • Build and strengthen rapport with current customers and prospects, either personally or through an assigned seller.

    Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

    • A minimum of three years of agricultural experience, ideally in agronomy, crop production, or seed sales.
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
    • Proven expertise in effective sales methodologies, adept negotiating skills, and a talent for overcoming challenges.
    • A track record of successful dealer development and retention.
    • Self-motivated individuals who can operate independently to reach set targets.
    • Preference will be given to candidates with a demonstrated ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with growers, effectively understanding and addressing their needs to achieve impactful results.
