**About the Role:**
Join CBRE as an Occupancy Planner, where you’ll operate in a remote capacity from the East Coast, bringing your expertise in space planning and data analysis to support the needs of small to medium-sized clients. This role falls within our Moves, Additions, and Changes function, focusing on space design, construction, and the logistics of relocation services.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Analyze space requirements and develop conceptual plans and recommendations for our real estate team and collaborative partners.
- Assist in creating block or stack plans and maintain comprehensive move lists.
- Produce engaging drawings and presentations for internal partners and present at client steering committee meetings for input and feedback.
- Work closely with team members to gather insights on move sequencing and execution of relocations.
- Participate in client meetings, document discussions, and secure necessary approvals as required.
- Conduct space walks to verify and update occupancy data.
- Maintain and enter up-to-date occupancy data in the systems of record.
- Prepare forecasts while assessing space planning trends in relation to general business conditions.
- Conduct interviews and discussions with clients to gather, coordinate, and synthesize project requirements alongside operational and cultural considerations.
- Collaborate with architectural vendors and project management to evaluate code requirements and obtain necessary permits during office space reconfigurations.
- Provide post-occupancy support and reviews to ensure all deliverables align with client expectations.
- Demonstrate foundational knowledge and limited practical application of standard industry principles.

**What You’ll Need:**
To excel in this role, you should meet the following qualifications:
- A preferred Bachelor’s Degree accompanied by up to 3 years of relevant experience; alternatively, a blend of education and experience may be acceptable.
- Clinical and administrative experience that equips you with the necessary understanding of EMR data for effective scenario planning.
- Experience in capacity analysis, focusing on productivity metrics such as annual visits per exam room, FTE provider hours, and annual diagnostic case volume.
- Proficiency in following existing procedures to solve standard problems effectively.
- Experience in analyzing data and standard practices to make sound judgments.
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational skills paired with a curious mindset.
- Intermediate mathematical proficiency for calculating percentages, fractions, and other financial computations.

Compensation considerations at CBRE take various factors into account, such as education, training, and experience. The range for the Occupancy Planner position is $75,000 to $85,000 annually, with the final offer depending on the candidate’s qualifications. Successful candidates will also have the opportunity to participate in a discretionary bonus plan as part of CBRE’s benefits package, which includes 401(K), dental, health, life, and vision insurance.
