In this pivotal role, you will ensure our recruitment and business development teams operate seamlessly, enhancing productivity and collaboration across various functions. If you are detail-oriented, proactive, and thrive in a dynamic environment, this opportunity is tailored for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain data integrity and compliance while providing exceptional administrative support to our teams.
- Create and format professional documents, including job postings, executive summaries, and client proposals.
- Conduct market research and generate valuable leads for our business development initiatives.
- Assist in the onboarding process and contribute to internal training programs.
- Plan and coordinate events, employee engagement activities, and wellness programs.
- Manage remote office operations and facilitate travel and IT coordination.
- Drive process enhancements and align our practices with industry best standards.
This full-time contract role allows you to work remotely within the EMEA region, providing the excitement of a fast-paced environment and the chance to contribute to a larger mission.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Experience in administration, recruitment, or a related field in a fast-paced setting.
- Understanding of recruitment processes with a track record of supporting clients and candidates alike.
- Self-motivated team player with a proactive approach, capable of thriving in a global environment.
- Adept multitasker with strong prioritization skills, able to manage diverse projects and teams.
- Exemplary organizational and time-management abilities, along with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems; tech-savviness is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with a diverse team.
- A degree in business administration or related fields is ideal; fluency in French or Spanish is advantageous but not essential.
- Valid confirmation of the right to work.
