Wiseman Consulting is on the lookout for a talented Employment Law specialist to join our expanding team in a completely remote role or from our office in Reading, Berkshire. We are looking for an Employment Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years PQE in Employment Law from a High Street, Regional, Boutique, or Top 200 Firm across England and Wales.

Your Role

We are seeking an experienced Employment Law Consultant Solicitor with at least 5 years PQE, preferably with a private practice background in England or Wales.

You will manage a busy desk with a warm caseload featuring diverse and engaging matters, and we invite applications from self-motivated Solicitors skilled in business development who are eager to contribute to our firm’s growth.

Our firm adeptly handles the complete spectrum of employment law matters, both contentious and non-contentious, representing both employees and employers, with particular focus on:

• Settlement Agreements
• Unfair Dismissal (including Constructive Unfair Dismissal)
• Discrimination Cases
• Redundancy Issues
• Workplace Grievances
• TUPE Transfers
• Maternity and Paternity Leave
• Flexible Working Arrangements
• Unlawful Deductions from Wages
• Breach of Contract
• Employment Tribunal or High Court Litigation
