We are currently on the lookout for a dynamic Enterprise Account Executive who embodies an entrepreneurial spirit to join our team of eight Account Executives dedicated to selling our Enterprise plans, with a focus on expanding our presence in the Northern European market. You will report directly to Neye, our Head of Sales Europe, and work in close collaboration with our SDRs, Solutions Engineers, and Customer Success Managers.
OWN THE SALES CYCLE: Manage the complete sales cycle, which typically spans 5-7 months, starting from opportunity identification to crafting compelling proposals.
FOCUS ON INBOUND: Drive and refine the pipeline of inbound, product-qualified leads specifically for our self-hosted Enterprise plans (targeting companies with over 500 employees and deal sizes ranging from €50-300K ARR).
INNOVATIVE OUTBOUND STRATEGIES: Implement and experiment with fresh outbound strategies to build a robust lead generation pipeline.
BUILD STRATEGIC RELATIONSHIPS: Foster and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, especially in DevOps, engineering, and IT, becoming the trusted advisor for our clients seeking workflow automation solutions.
ENHANCE SALES EFFICIENCY: Actively contribute to the development and refinement of sales processes, tools, and collateral.
DRIVE PRODUCT IMPROVEMENT: Collaborate closely with our product team to ensure a continuous flow of customer feedback.
Success Metrics Include:
Consistent inbound leads per month.
Assistance from solution consultants and the product team.
A robust community where around 50% of inbound leads are already product-qualified.
What We’re Looking For:
6+ years of sales experience in the software industry.
Proven enterprise experience: Demonstrated ability to close 5-6 figure deals.
A top performer: Consistently in the top 10% of your sales team.
High quota achievement: Experience handling quotas of €1M ARR in prior roles.
Technically adept: Experienced in selling to highly technical stakeholders (IT operations, DevOps, SecOps, software engineers) and/or possess coding knowledge or an engineering background.
Entrepreneurial spirit: Identify growth opportunities, develop actionable plans, and execute independently in a dynamic environment.
Hunter mentality: Proven expertise in outbound sales.
Bonus skills: Experience in open-source, developer tools, product-led growth companies, or startups at Series A/B stages, particularly selling to IT operations and cybersecurity teams.
Language skills: Fluent in English, with proficiency in either French, Spanish, or Italian.
Location: Must be based in Europe.
