Since 1990, gpac (Growing People and Companies) has been an award-winning search firm, dedicated to matching top talent with quality positions across various industries in the United States. Our competitive spirit and client-centric approach empower us to deliver timely, effective solutions.

Our base salary starts at $35,568 per year (paid bi-monthly at $1,482.00), with the potential to earn commissions ranging from $40k to $500k annually, all uncapped. After the initial waiting period, you can take advantage of our extensive benefits package including health, dental, vision insurance, life insurance, and both short- and long-term disability coverage, along with a 401k plan.
