You will spearhead technical dialogues, execute customized product demonstrations, and develop impactful proofs-of-concept that drive tangible business benefits.

Core Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with sales teams to identify and qualify opportunities, facilitate discovery sessions, and transform business challenges into effective ERP solutions.
• Craft and deliver personalized product demonstrations that resonate with customer use cases, building lasting relationships through demonstrated product expertise and industry knowledge.
• Work in tandem with internal stakeholders, including Product Development and fellow Solution Engineers, to devise and shape impactful technical solutions.
• Mentor and support junior team members by guiding the development of demonstrations and custom system configurations.
• Assist in cost evaluation and pricing discussions by clearly communicating the value proposition and technical scope of offerings.

Qualifications & Experience:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in ERP presales or operations, particularly within manufacturing or distribution sectors.
• Demonstrated ability to lead engaging client presentations and technical demonstrations.
• Proficient in supporting both direct and channel sales activities.
• Able to effectively engage with stakeholders of various technical backgrounds, from IT professionals to business leaders.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with ERP vendors or resellers such as SAP, Microsoft, NetSuite, Infor, Sage, or comparable platforms.

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in C# for ERP customization and scripting tasks.
• Hands-on experience with REST API integrations and development tools such as Visual Studio.
• Expertise in SQL and database platforms (e.g., Microsoft SQL Server) for effective data analysis and optimization.
• Familiarity with JavaScript and workflow automation tools like Node-RED.
• Experience with low-code/no-code platforms, such as Workato, is an added advantage.
• Understanding of ERP data migration, business intelligence tools, and performance tuning techniques.
