We are looking for an experienced sales manager who can not only excel in their own sales efforts but also effectively lead a team of motivated sales representatives. The ideal candidate possesses profound knowledge of the sales process, with strengths in lead generation, relationship management, and deal closure. We seek a dynamic quick learner with superb negotiation skills and a proven history of success—someone who can inspire excellence in their team members.

This role requires a visionary leader who can coach, guide, and empower the sales team to achieve high-performance standards and surpass sales targets. Occasional travel may be necessary for team meetings, client interactions, or industry-related events.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Utilize a minimum of 2 years of sales management experience alongside practical sales experience to drive success.
    • Meet company goals through strategic planning, setting clear sales objectives, analyzing performance metrics, and forecasting future outcomes.
    • Enhance your own leadership, hiring, and training skills, ensuring that the sales team applies effective tactics to meet revenue targets.
    • Generate leads while fostering and maintaining strong client relationships.
    • Recruit and onboard sales representatives, setting clear objectives and providing training, coaching, and performance monitoring to ensure accountability.
    • Guide the sales team to achieve company sales goals by conducting regular check-ins to establish expectations and monitor progress.
    • Demonstrate expertise in creating and maintaining sales objectives through precise forecasting and the development of monthly and annual goals.

    Required Qualifications:

    • A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales management, complemented by substantial sales experience.
    • Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
    • Proficient leadership abilities.
    • Quick comprehension of regulations governing title and closing business in Minnesota and Wisconsin.
    • Established skills in selling, business development, and relationship building.
    • Strong aptitude for technology, including intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the capability to learn new internal tools quickly.
    • Adept at engaging effectively with team members and clients, both in-person and virtually.
    • Preferred background in title, real estate, mortgage, or financial services sales.
