    We are looking for a motivated Executive Account Director who possesses the following skills and experience:

    • Craft and implement targeted sales initiatives to drive growth.
    • Network and identify prospective clients through active prospecting, cold outreach, and diligent follow-ups on all generated leads.
    • Conduct engaging remote demonstrations of our products to showcase their value.
    • Nurture client relationships while efficiently resolving any issues that may arise.
    • Occasionally represent Procuity at marketing events and promotional activities.
    • Oversee the complete sales lifecycle from initial prospecting to successful closure.
    • Articulate the company’s value proposition effectively in the marketplace.
    • Offer tailored product recommendations to clients based on their needs.
    • Perform various other duties as assigned, contributing to team success.

    To thrive in this role, candidates should meet the following qualifications:

    • A High School Diploma or equivalent experience alongside 2+ years in inside sales, particularly in the pharmacy sector or related fields.
    • A blend of educational background and practical experience can fulfill job requirements.
    • Preferred candidates will have a background in the 340B program or healthcare.
    • Familiarity with inside sales strategies, CRM tools (especially Salesforce), and effective sales methods is essential.
    • A self-motivated individual with a positive outlook and a competitive edge is key.
    • Outstanding communication, organizational, and presentation skills are crucial, along with a commanding phone presence.
    • Proven ability to achieve and surpass sales targets is necessary.
    • Strong problem-solving capabilities and professionalism when representing the company are vital.
    • Basic proficiency in software tools, such as PowerPoint, word processors, and spreadsheet applications.
