We are seeking a seasoned recruitment consultant to embrace an exciting opportunity within a collaborative team of 14, all while working remotely. As an executive search consultant, you will engage in retained recruitment, with the option for training available for those who have not previously dealt with retained searches.
Key Responsibilities:
- Focus on recruiting mid to senior-level sales professionals with salary expectations around £120k.
- Seize the opportunity for career advancement by handling retained projects with fees ranging from £50k to £200k for executive search assignments.
- Engage in a full-service 360 recruitment role, concentrating on retained positions.
- Pursue both existing business opportunities and new client leads.

Who We’re Looking For:
- A candidate with over 4 years of recruitment experience in a 360 capacity, preferably managing client relationships within the tech or professional white-collar sectors.
- A background in either retained search or contingent recruitment is acceptable, provided you have substantial experience in mid to senior or executive-level roles.
- A robust permanent recruitment background is essential.
- Self-motivated individuals who thrive on initiative and enjoy working independently yet value teamwork.
- Willingness to meet in London for monthly meetings and client or candidate discussions as needed.
