    Position Overview

    A Gather Behavioral Health Therapist is an integral part of the care journey for our clients. Therapists provide personalized outpatient individual, group, and family therapy that is done in collaboration with other team members utilizing comprehensive evidence-based treatment. As part of the Accanto Health family of services, Gather Behavioral Health is growing into the premier outpatient provider for psychotherapy and support for clients with eating disorder, as well as other mental health, and co-occurring substance use problems.

    Schedule

    Work remotely with flexible hours based on client and therapy needs. Note: Services are rendered in Pacific Time zone.

    Compensation Range:

    Therapist I: $50,000-$70,000

    Therapist II: $60,000-$85,000

    Senior Therapist: $70,000-$100,000

    Final compensation offered will be within pay range based on qualifications/experience met for position.

    How Therapists Empower Recovery

    • Conducts individual, group, and family therapy sessions with the client and their family or community of support
    • Provide either FBT or traditional family therapy services with or without client present
    • Develops, implements, and monitors individualized treatment plans
    • Maintains a case load and clinical records in compliance with policies and regulatory standards
    • Actively participates in weekly consultation group discussing clinical and administrative issues, participates in case consultation meetings
    • Conducts intake evaluations, generates discharge plans by making treatment and other recommendations and coordinating next level of care services
    • Maintains up-to-date therapeutic skills and knowledge of advancements in eating disorders assessment and treatment, best practices, and resources through participation in professional organizations, internal and external training opportunities, and reviewing current academic literature

    Qualifications:

    • Master’s degree in a behavioral sciences field required
    • Independent licensure in the state of Washington required, or the ability to apply for and obtain prior to start (LP, LPCC, LMFT, LICSW)
    • Individual, family, and group psychotherapy experience required
      • Experience providing family therapy to adolescents and their families
    • DBT, CBT, FBT experience preferred
    • Eating Disorders treatment experience preferred

That’s why we partner with the University of Minnesota Medical School and have a team dedicated to providing ongoing education with in-house continuing education credit opportunities through webinars and in-person events.

    • In-house CE opportunities throughout the year. Eligible employees are provided up to 25 hours each year to attend any internal continuing education opportunities at no cost to the employee or any external training which would be at the cost of the employee.
    • Eligible employees will be reimbursed for the license(s) to practice for the states they are providing client care in under Gather Behavioral Health.
