    Position: Field Marketing Manager (REMOTE)
    Location: Fully Remote
    Duration: 6 Months

    Travel Requirements: Occasional travel within the territory is necessary.
    Preferred candidates should reside in the Great Lakes, MI region and be willing to travel for regional events.

    Role Overview:

    • Join our dynamic Marketing team as a Field Marketing Manager, where you will play a key role in driving demand generation and executing marketing events across the Great Lakes region.

    Your Responsibilities:

    • Craft and implement innovative regional marketing strategies that contribute to pipeline growth and revenue objectives.
    • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to design and execute tailored marketing programs, including both virtual and in-person events such as seminars, webinars, executive engagements, and networking opportunities.
    • Partner with cross-functional teams to roll out a diverse range of marketing initiatives aimed at surpassing strategic goals.
    • Build and nurture partnerships with channel and ecosystem partners to enhance our value propositions and expand market presence.
    • Monitor lead flow to ensure timely follow-ups by Sales teams with event participants and responders to campaigns.
    • Utilize Salesforce and Tableau to manage key performance indicators and monitor marketing success.
    • Oversee the management of the quarterly field marketing budget.
    • Analyze program performance and business impact through comprehensive reporting and analytics.
    • Engage with stakeholders to promote awareness and enthusiasm for marketing initiatives.
    • Support corporate initiatives by providing constructive feedback, sharing best practices, and acting as a resource for marketing knowledge in your region.

    Qualifications You’ll Bring:

    • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in event marketing or related fields, particularly within a fast-paced, high-growth technology setting.
    • Demonstrated expertise in Field and Channel Marketing, backed by a proactive approach and history of professional advancement.
    • Proficiency in managing multiple concurrent marketing campaigns, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
    • While preference is given to candidates in Michigan or Ohio, we are open to considering exceptional candidates from other areas, including Indiana.
    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey regional marketing strategies and build alignment with sales teams.
    • Strong understanding of IT buyers; skilled at designing compelling events that resonate with target personas.
    • Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to present effectively.
    • Outstanding project management abilities, with a knack for negotiation, strategic thinking, and making data-informed decisions.
    • Proven ability to foster collaborative relationships with peers, sales teams, and channel partners.
    • A strong sense of accountability, ownership of results, and proficiency in communicating business outcomes.
    • Results-oriented and analytical, with experience executing creative field marketing initiatives.
    • Familiarity with Marketing Automation tools, CRM (Salesforce), GSuite, and event platforms such as Splash is a plus.
    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
