    As a Financial Support Specialist, you will become part of a dynamic team comprising skilled, enthusiastic, and tech-savvy customer service professionals who provide exceptional technical support to over 50,000 clients globally.     Your role as a Financial Support Specialist will involve working collaboratively within one or more teams, addressing a diverse array of software solutions. You will leverage comprehensive training and your existing experience to deliver outstanding customer service tailored to our clients’ needs. Be prepared to guide clients through step-by-step processes when they have “how-to” inquiries and to tackle complex issues that may challenge a church’s IT team—all while maintaining a composed and professional demeanor. Our ultimate goal is to leave clients saying “WOW” after every interaction.

    • You have a passion for interacting with people and a strong affinity for technology, coupled with a knack for troubleshooting and problem-solving—imagine having a job that merges all your interests!
    • Your background includes robust customer service experience.
    • You possess extensive knowledge in Accounting/Finance, including a solid understanding of Double-entry Fund Accounting Principles, procedures, and reconciliations.
    • You are familiar with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks), bank reconciliation processes, payroll functions, and the Chart of Accounts.
    • You enjoy exploring new technologies and uncovering how they function.
    • Your friends consider you the go-to tech expert.
    • You are comfortable working remotely and collaborating with your teammates from a distance.
    • Your friends and family often turn to you for assistance with their computer issues.
    • You understand that when someone mentions “the cloud,” they are not referring to weather phenomena but digital storage solutions.
    • You can confidently name several Internet browsers and operating systems.
    • You have a solid grasp of networking concepts and can access, copy, and modify files on connected systems.
    • Your communication skills—both written and verbal—are exceptional.

    We are eager to meet candidates who possess the following qualifications:

    • An associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or a high school diploma with 1-2 years of relevant accounting experience.
    • Experience with ACS financial products and familiarity with church operations is highly desirable.
    • A proven track record in customer service.
    • Strong technical proficiency across various operating systems.
