Join our dynamic and rapidly expanding, PE-backed organization as a Fully Remote FP&A Manager for a 6-month interim opportunity. This position is perfectly suited for an analytically driven individual with a strong commercial mindset who excels in a fast-paced environment and is eager to make a significant impact in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and process enhancement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Spearhead the budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategic planning processes, ensuring comprehensive financial input and effective collaboration throughout the organization.
• Create and maintain advanced cash flow forecasting models and perform scenario analysis to guide financial decisions.
• Collaborate with senior leaders across various departments to deliver insightful financial analysis, challenge existing assumptions, and contribute to strategic decision-making.
• Design and continuously refine management reports and KPI dashboards to provide actionable insights that drive performance.
• Conduct monthly performance analyses against budget and forecast, identifying variances and offering recommendations for improvement.
• Develop and enhance financial models and tools, particularly utilizing Excel or other relevant BI/reporting systems.
• Support ad hoc strategic and commercial analyses as necessary to inform business strategy.
• Assist in automating the reporting process and strengthening controls to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Participate in finance transformation initiatives and aid in system implementation efforts as required.

Qualifications & Skills:

• A qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with a minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience in FP&A.
• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably as an FP&A Manager.
• Strong grasp of financial principles, cash flow management, and financial modeling techniques.
• High proficiency in Excel; familiarity with financial systems such as Power BI, Power Query, or NetSuite is an advantage but not essential.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to confidently influence and challenge senior stakeholders.
