Join our client, a dynamic and innovative leader in the financial services sector, as they seek to expand their team with two Business Development Managers specializing in mortgage solutions.
In this role, you will be integral to promoting a range of mortgage products, including both residential and buy-to-let options. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve addressing mortgage inquiries with expertise and efficiency, ensuring that clients receive top-notch service and support that fosters loyalty to The Mortgage Lender.
You will be tasked with accurately inputting and updating mortgage application data on a daily basis, collaborating with a field-based Business Development Manager (BDM) to enhance new asset flows. Your role will also include assisting the field BDM by prospecting and securing high-quality meetings and providing follow-up communications via phone or email when needed. A close partnership with the field BDM is essential to maintain an accurate and up-to-date CRM, where you’ll document all activities and interactions.
