Job Description
Join a thriving leader in the insurance and supplemental benefits industry, where our commitment to providing outstanding value and exceptional customer service lies at the heart of our success. At AIL, our integrity and transparency set us apart, and we are on the lookout for dedicated, service-oriented professionals with excellent communication skills to take on multiple roles in sales and customer service within your community.
With over 68 years of experience, AIL stands proudly as a trusted partner to more than 40,000 labor unions, including prominent organizations such as the NFL, NBA, and MLB, serving over 5 million members. Our impressive $58.9 billion in force and A+ Superior Rating by AM Best reflect our strong financial foundation. We empower union members with permanent benefits, which are crucial as many find standard work benefits diminished upon leaving the workforce or retiring. Recognized as one of North America’s premier workplaces, AIL has been honored with numerous Best Workplace accolades in 2017, 2018, and 2019, and was also ranked the 24th Happiest Place to Work by Forbes Magazine.
As part of our dynamic team, you will engage in both inbound and outbound calls, coordinate appointments, deliver presentations to union members about our benefits offerings, manage essential documentation, ensure quality control, and cultivate your leadership skills.
What can you expect when you join us?
