    Your Role

    We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic individual who excels at handling inbound calls and engaging positively with our customers. As a First Notice of Loss (FNOL) Representative I, you will be responsible for providing high-quality communications while accurately recording FNOL claims that report damage to our clients’ properties.

    Unique Bonus Opportunities

    Our tiered support bonus system offers you the chance to earn additional money based on total fees generated across CMR each month. Bonuses are paid every pay period based on performance for the previous period, so you can directly benefit from your hard work!

    • Level 1: $125
    • Level 2: $175
    • Level 3: $240

    FNOL Incentive Program

    For our FNOL team members, we have an incentive program in place that rewards high performers with additional earnings each month, alongside the tiered support bonus system. The incentives are calculated daily, and you can earn $10 for each day where your talk time, not ready time, and service levels meet our established standards. There are also further bonuses available specific to the department.

    Typical Responsibilities

    • Manage inbound calls from engineers, technicians, and field operators reporting FNOL
    • Ensure accurate data entry into our customized database while effectively communicating
    • Report underground damages to locate companies, as required
    • Deliver outstanding service to customer representatives
    • Analyze photographs and accurately map damage locations

    Additional Information

    • You may have the opportunity to work on special projects
    • Our department operates 24/7/365, providing you with multiple scheduling options!
    • This position is fully remote

    Key Skills & Competencies

    • Typing proficiency of at least 55 words per minute, error-free; a typing assessment will be conducted
    • Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, PDFs, and internet navigation
    • Strong phone and verbal communication capabilities
    • Excellent active listening skills
    • Superb written communication abilities
    • Strong reading skills, with the ability to follow scripts
    • Ability to analyze and interpret photographs to assess damage
    • Create a suitable work environment at home; necessary computer equipment will be provided by CMR

    Experience Requirements

    • 6 months to 1 year of prior customer service call center experience is required
    • Familiarity with Microsoft Teams is a plus
    • A High School Diploma or equivalent is necessary
