Your responsibilities as a Senior Software Development Engineer will significantly influence the advancement of our Endpoint Privilege Management Solution for MacOS. Joining a vibrant team, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining solutions harnessing the latest technological advancements. Key Responsibilities:

• Craft, develop, and sustain a high-performance, resilient client solution focused on customer engagement.
• Lead the design of complex systems and provide technical direction for sophisticated projects.
• Analyze functional and technical requirements, identify gaps, propose improvements, and communicate insights effectively to cross-functional teams.
• Set a high standard for results delivery, taking full ownership of tasks both individually and collaboratively.
• Pursue excellence in quality by applying engineering best practices consistently.
• Guide and mentor junior team members, playing an active role in their growth and development.
• Champion continuous improvement, always questioning and enhancing the status quo.

Qualifications Needed:

• Over 5 years of experience in software engineering.
• A strong desire to coach, mentor, and empower your teammates.
• Experience in MacOS development is preferred, but familiarity with iOS, C++, Objective-C, or Swift is also suitable.
• Deep understanding of contemporary design patterns.
• Experience as part of an Agile development team in a continuous integration environment.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the full development lifecycle, including product releases within an Agile framework.
• Proficient in automated testing methodologies.

Desirable Skills:

• Hands-on experience with low-level MacOS programming.
• Familiarity with the Qt framework.
• Experience with GitHub Actions workflows or Azure Pipelines.
• Knowledge of Ruby.
• Ability to analyze and profile code using Xcode’s Instruments utility.
• Familiarity with Rust programming language.
