As a Content Moderator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and enjoyment of our platform by meticulously reviewing user-generated content.

Your Responsibilities:

• Assess a variety of user-generated materials, including images, videos, and text submissions.
• Identify, verify, and address any violations of our community guidelines and terms of service.
• Uphold the highest quality standards for content across our platform, ensuring a respectful user experience.

Your Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Arabic and Turkish at CEFR level A1 or above.
• Proficiency in English at CEFR level B1 or higher.
• An unbiased and objective approach to content review, free from personal beliefs or preferences.
• Resilience in evaluating potentially sensitive, intense, or challenging content.
• A curious mindset that thrives on learning, discovering, and professional growth.
• A passion for creating a product that connects and inspires individuals.
• A genuine interest in supporting and empowering the gay and transgender community.
• Availability to commit to at least 20 hours per week.

While you don’t need to be an expert in every aspect, being informed and ready to research unfamiliar topics is essential.
