As a Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include answering incoming calls from cardholders, where exceptional customer service will be your top priority. You’ll maintain accurate customer information in our systems, resolve inquiries promptly, authorize transactions, and, most importantly, foster strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
To thrive in this role, you’ll need strong problem-solving and analytical skills and be a team player who communicates effectively. Proficiency in computer skills is essential, including an ability to navigate multiple applications simultaneously while maintaining a conversation, and being comfortable using Microsoft Outlook.
This full-time remote position requires you to work from a quiet and distraction-free space with reliable high-speed internet. We will supply you with the necessary technology and equipment to perform your job effectively. However, occasional in-person meetings will require you to live within the specified commuting distance from Rapid City, SD.
Eligibility requirements for this position include:
- Being able to meet the requirements outlined in Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act.
- A minimum of six months of customer service experience or equivalent military service.
- Living within a commutable distance of Rapid City, SD (within a 2.5-hour radius).
- Being at least 18 years old.
- Willingness to undergo a drug test, background check, and fingerprinting as part of the hiring process.
New hires at Levels 4-7 must complete nine months of continuous service with the company before applying for other roles, with a minimum of six months in their current position required before they can transition to future non-exempt roles. Employees at Level 8 or higher must have at least 24 months in their role to apply for new opportunities. All internal candidates are encouraged to meet performance expectations and seek manager approval before applying.
