Your Role:
As a Functional Assessor, you will:

• Conduct Assessments: Carry out thorough evaluations of claimants’ health and work capabilities through both phone and face-to-face interactions.
• Review Evidence: Analyze medical records, health questionnaires, and daily living activity reports.
• Compile Reports: Create detailed and objective reports for the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP).

Key Responsibilities:

• Interview claimants to gain insights into their health conditions and daily challenges.
• Review and summarize medical documentation to provide sound recommendations based on your assessments.

Training Program:
Successful candidates will undergo a comprehensive 12-week training program focusing on:

• Assessment Techniques: Learn best practices for conducting accurate evaluations.
• DWP Guidelines: Familiarize yourself with essential requirements and regulations.
• Report Writing Skills: Enhance your ability to craft detailed and objective reports.
