    Your Mission
    As the Commercial Director for Global Markets, you will play a pivotal role in propelling our international initiatives, enhancing revenue, cultivating client partnerships, and defining our market entry strategies beyond the U.S. Reporting to our General Manager for Global Markets, you will guide a skilled commercial team across various regions, ensuring that our international clientele receives an exceptional level of service and support.

    Key Responsibilities

    Accelerate Growth & Revenue

    • Take ownership of global revenue objectives, driving membership and client acquisition in priority markets
    • Nurture and expand strategic alliances with international clients, guaranteeing top-notch service delivery
    • Ensure consistency between global and U.S. commercial strategies to enhance client experiences

    Develop & Scale Sales Strategy

    • Collaborate with the GM of Global Markets to craft an effective go-to-market strategy
    • Establish comprehensive forecasting and reporting aligned with our U.S. headquarters
    • Work alongside marketing and product teams to customize outreach efforts tailored to local markets

    Inspire & Lead Teams

    • Oversee and cultivate a global sales organization, including Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and sales managers
    • Ensure client success across international regions while maintaining high standards of service
    • Engage with global leadership to achieve shared business goals

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of 10 years in commercial leadership, business development, or sales
    • At least 5 years in a senior leadership capacity, preferably within B2B SaaS, digital health, or benefits sectors
    • A proven history of managing international revenue streams and executing go-to-market strategies
    • Expertise in enterprise sales, client lifecycle management, and talent development
    • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate at the executive level
    • Experience collaborating across various functions and geographical regions
    • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Hubspot and performance metrics analysis
    • A Bachelor’s degree is required; an MBA or equivalent qualification is advantageous
    • Willingness to travel between London and Berlin on a monthly basis
