    LCSW Clinical Specialist II for Synchronous AHPC Partnership (CA) – Remote

    About the Position

    Join our dynamic clinical team as a Clinical Specialist II, where you will play a vital role in enhancing our clinical services and creating a world-class experience for our Participants. Your contributions will positively influence various stakeholders, including Participants, Clinical Specialists, and the broader Health Care Industry. In this position, you’ll provide exceptional care to Participants, empowering them to achieve their personal goals for a better quality of life and well-being. Collaboration is key, as you will work closely with both the Operations and Clinical teams to streamline processes and elevate the standard of care delivered.

    Your Contributions

    • Maintain productivity standards, generally requiring:

      • 30-37 hours of direct counseling care each week

      • Collaborative note-taking during sessions

    • Create and maintain treatment plans and necessary documentation

    • Participate in treatment team meetings with customers as needed

    • Attend weekly Synchronous Health team meetings

    • Act as an advocate for Participants in addressing their clinical needs

    • Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure client needs are met

    • Integrate successful models and evidence-based techniques to support Participants effectively

    • Assist in developing materials for outreach, communication, and marketing of Synchronous Health services, including conference presentations and networking events

    • Serve as the initial escalation point for Participants experiencing dissatisfaction with their care

    • Report unresolved issues to the Operations Manager as a secondary escalation

    • Stay updated on advancements in clinical care, including analog and digital innovations

    • Other responsibilities as assigned

    What You’ll Need

    • Active LCSW license that permits independent practice

    • Preferred experience with children; not mandatory but highly desirable

    • Knowledgeable about state telehealth policies

    • Proficient in technology and comfortable conducting telehealth sessions

    • Ability to forge therapeutic relationships in a virtual setting

    • Professional virtual presence

    • Strong capability to assess patient needs and determine appropriate level of care

    • Experience treating diverse conditions and collaborating within an interdisciplinary team

    • Proficiency in utilizing technology for administrative and clinical tasks (scheduling, notes, chat, web/app-based interventions)

    • Ability to work remotely from a secure, private environment (outpatient office or home office acceptable; public locations such as coffee shops are not)

    • Access to a smartphone, laptop, and reliable internet connection

    • Successful completion of a background check

    • Bilingual skills are a plus
