Responsibilities
What’s in store for you?
As a Graduate Project Manager, you’ll play an essential role in ensuring projects run smoothly from the point of sale through to launch and ongoing operations. You’ll gain invaluable hands-on experience focused on enhancing delivery processes and maximizing client satisfaction. We are dedicated to your development, offering mentorship and increasing responsibilities throughout your journey.
Eventually, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing project lifecycles and nurturing strong client relationships throughout the integration process.
- Launching delivery initiatives, aligning project plans with client expectations and business goals.
- Conducting client onboarding calls, establishing specifications, and guiding seamless integrations.
- Monitoring project timelines, tracking milestones, and making adjustments using project management tools.
- Fostering transparent communication, managing stakeholder expectations, and negotiating scope alterations.
- Evaluating client integrations to ensure they align with specifications and resolving any issues that arise.
- Facilitating CMS training sessions to empower effective platform usage.
- Identifying potential problems early and proposing viable solutions.
- Overseeing post-launch support and ensuring a smooth transition to the Customer Success team.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams on tech and content initiatives.
- Contributing to process enhancements and ensuring the accuracy of documentation.

Recruitment Process
