We are excited to announce an opportunity for a full-time, remote Listing Concierge Team Lead who will play a vital role in supporting Anywhere’s network of affiliated companies and real estate agents. This pivotal position involves the precise and timely execution of marketing and advertising campaigns through Listing Concierge’s prestigious proprietary software, while prioritizing outstanding customer service for our affiliate agents amidst various marketing tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service Focus:
- Manage team traffic effectively, ensuring new orders are properly allocated and existing orders are fulfilled in line with the company’s Service Level Agreement (SLA), including routing VIP orders to the designated team.
- Serve as a point of contact for agents when issues arise that need escalation beyond the Listing Concierge Coordinator level.
- Train, coach, and mentor Listing Concierge Coordinators for enhanced team performance.
- Assist agents with online tasks, including proofing, editing, and reviewing their marketing materials to ensure quality.
- Provide exceptional, daily customer service support to agents.
- Respond promptly, both via phone and email, to inquiries from agents and office staff regarding the Listing Concierge program.
- Act as a liaison between vendor partner programs to resolve issues efficiently.
- Follow up with agents to ensure marketing materials were utilized effectively and offer additional suggestions for increased exposure.
- Distribute evaluation surveys to gauge agents’ customer service experiences.
- Communicate issues to the Listing Concierge management and relevant teams as required.
- Cultivate positive relationships with external partner vendors, encompassing various domains like print, digital, and photography.
- Conduct training sessions for agents and field teams on utilizing the Listing Concierge program effectively.
- Report any identified inefficiencies and errors in the program to the development team as necessary.
Marketing Duties:
- Leverage Listing Concierge’s award-winning proprietary software to create comprehensive marketing and advertising campaigns, including both print and digital materials like websites, videos, and online advertisements.
- Review property descriptions submitted by agents for compliance with grammar, spelling, and state-level fair housing regulations.
- Modify marketing materials based on agent feedback and requests.
- Participate actively in daily and weekly video meetings, maintaining a professional appearance.
- Contribute to program enhancements aimed at efficiency for both the team and its users.
- Stay abreast of emerging marketing trends and vendor tools to improve the Listing Concierge program continually.
- Attend comprehensive training sessions and refreshers offered by Listing Concierge.
- Send satisfaction surveys to agents post-order completion to assess the program and support provided.
Leadership Roles:
- Assist in onboarding new team members across designated metros and brands.
- Manage temporary hires, conducting one-on-one meetings to provide coaching, feedback, and discuss agent survey results.
- Organize monthly strategy meetings with fellow Listing Concierge Team Leads.
- Develop presentations for business development and system updates applicable to all Anywhere brands and regions.
- Keep office contact lists updated and precise.
Engagement and Fun:

What We’re Looking For:

- A minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or administrative roles.
- Familiarity with marketing, advertising, and social media strategies.
- Previous real estate experience is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build effective professional relationships.

- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
