Who You Are:
We are seeking a Head of Growth & Marketing to elevate Simpler’s brand recognition, customer engagement, and overall virality. This isn’t your typical marketing position. We’re in search of a visionary and analytics-driven marketing leader who thrives on experimentation, embraces unconventional strategies, and knows how to spark conversations around our offerings.
You will be tasked with positioning Simpler as the go-to solution for seamless checkout for merchants and shoppers alike. This means expanding your focus beyond traditional performance marketing to include community engagement, strategic partnerships, referral strategies, influencer collaborations, and innovative guerrilla marketing tactics.
This role is ideal for someone who:

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement growth strategies aimed at acquiring and retaining merchants, utilizing everything from traditional performance marketing to creative growth hacks.
- Test, refine, and expand upon the most successful customer acquisition and brand enhancement methods.
- Oversee and enhance paid marketing initiatives– while also venturing into organic strategies, partnerships, referral programs, and viral marketing efforts.
- Create content and establish thought leadership to position Simpler as the frontrunner in seamless checkout solutions.
- Collaborate closely with teams in sales, product development, and engineering to integrate growth into the core strategy of Simpler.
- Innovate distribution methods through various avenues, including collaborations, influencer outreach, events, or organic strategies to drive impactful results.
Qualifications You Should Have:

- Experience in diverse acquisition channels (paid, organic, viral, partnerships, influencer, etc.).

- Strong analytical capabilities- you know how to set and measure KPIs to enhance performance.
- A solid grasp of B2B SaaS, e-commerce, or fintech is essential, with bonus points for experience in checkout processes, payments, or conversion optimization.
