Your Role: Key Responsibilities
As a Trainer, you’ll be tasked with:
- Delivering accredited and tailored health and safety training courses through both in-person sessions and online platforms.
- Assessing and marking trainee evaluations as necessary.
- Conducting NEBOSH Open Book Exam Closing Interviews.
- Maintaining timely, accurate documentation and reports.
- Helping develop innovative training materials that enhance learning experiences.
- Participating in the review and quality assurance processes for training delivery.
As a Consultant, your responsibilities will include:
- Visiting client locations to assess their health and safety requirements and offering specialized insights.
- Conducting thorough consultancy tasks such as audits, risk evaluations, and inspections.
- Providing clear, written guidance on health and safety regulations and best practices.
- Preparing and reviewing health and safety documentation with precision.
- Fostering strong client relationships and identifying potential business opportunities.

Challenges You May Face:
Travel is a fundamental part of this position, as you will be providing training in diverse locations. Rest assured, our coordinators will optimize scheduling to minimize travel demands where feasible.
Essential Qualifications for Success:
- A minimum of TechIOSH IOSH membership.
- Qualified with a Level 3 Adult Teaching credential.
- At least 5 years of training experience, including a minimum of 2 years in a relevant discipline.
- NEBOSH qualification(s).
Desirable Skills and Experience:
- Consultancy experience in health and safety.
- Experience in delivering IOSH and NEBOSH-certified courses.
