We are on the lookout for five enthusiastic trainers who are passionate about delivering exceptional health and safety training to learners throughout England.

Your Responsibilities: Job Purpose, Tasks, and Duties
As a Trainer, your tasks will include:
- Facilitating both accredited and customized health and safety training courses, delivered in person and online.
- Assessing and marking learner assessments as needed.
- Conducting NEBOSH Open Book Exam Closing Interviews.
- Completing all required documentation and reports accurately and promptly.
- Contributing to the development of new and improved training materials.
- Engaging in moderation and quality reviews of training delivery.
As a Consultant, you will:
- Visit clients for needs assessments, providing specialized guidance on occupational health and safety.
- Perform consultancy tasks such as audits, risk assessments, and inspections.
- Deliver well-informed written recommendations regarding health and safety legislation and best practices.
- Create and proofread essential health and safety documentation.
- Foster and maintain robust client relationships while identifying potential business opportunities.

Travel is integral to this role, as you’ll provide training in various locations across England. However, our coordinators will efficiently plan your schedule to minimize travel demands wherever feasible.
What We’re Looking For
To excel in this role, you should have:
- TechIOSH or higher IOSH membership.
- A Level 3 Adult Teaching qualification.
- At least 5 years of training experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a relevant field.
- Relevant NEBOSH qualifications.
Additional Desirable Qualifications:
- Experience in consultancy roles.
- A background in delivering IOSH and NEBOSH training courses.
While not a formal qualification, successful candidates must possess the legal right to work in the geographical area for which they are applying.
