- 3 to 5 years of valuable experience in freight brokerage, particularly with refrigerated/perishable freight.

- W-2 Freight Brokers – Attractive base salaries with competitive commission structures. Comprehensive healthcare and benefits included.
Compensation Details:
- Commission rates up to 70% (1099) based on your volume and expertise
- Base salaries ranging from $60K to $135K with tiered commission plans
- Unlimited earning potential—our goal is your success, and we will not cap your growth
- Incentives for high-volume transactions, strategic clients, and niche markets

- Extra credit for expertise in high-margin routes (reefer, flatbed, oversized, etc.)
