Compensation Details:

• Commission rates up to 70% (1099) based on your volume and expertise
• Base salaries ranging from $60K to $135K with tiered commission plans
• Unlimited earning potential—our goal is your success, and we will not cap your growth
• Incentives for high-volume transactions, strategic clients, and niche markets
