The perfect candidate will possess the following skills and experience:

• Proven experience in residential schemes, particularly with large-scale projects or bespoke luxury homes.
• Familiarity with all RIBA Stages of architectural projects.
• Expertise in bespoke detailing.
• Proficiency in creating high-quality design and technical drawings using Revit.
• A genuine passion for client collaboration, embracing the uniqueness of each project.
• Intermediate level of experience working on live projects in Revit.
• Strong enthusiasm for the residential sector.
• Adept at both independent working and team collaboration, with excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication abilities.
• Knowledge of UK building regulations.

This position is full-time and permanent.
