Join our dynamic Global HR Operations team as an HR Advisor on a 6-month contract, offering a competitive hourly rate of £15 – £17 inside IR35. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the primary contact for our HR team and business units across the EMEA region. Your primary focus will be providing exceptional support to employees, with a strong emphasis on streamlining the onboarding process and enhancing the overall employee experience.

Essential Qualifications:

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in HR operations, preferably within global settings.
• Proven ability to independently manage onboarding, offboarding, and job transition processes.
• Knowledgeable about onboarding practices and compliance standards specific to the EMEA region.
• Familiarity with HR policies and employment legislation is crucial.
• Experience with Oracle HRIS and ServiceNow for effective data and ticket management is highly advantageous.
• Exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail paired with effective communication abilities.
• Adept in contributing to both regional and global HR initiatives.
• Proficiency in additional languages such as Spanish, German, or Polish is considered a valuable asset.
