Join our dynamic HR Delivery Team as an HR Advisor, where your passion for human resources and keen attention to detail will play a crucial role in implementing HR initiatives across various regions. This position is pivotal in facilitating seamless core people processes and enhancing employee relations. In this position, you will have the opportunity to coach and guide managers throughout the organization, empowering them to make informed decisions that lead to positive outcomes across the entire employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Employee Relations: Proactively manage and address employee relations challenges while ensuring adherence to local labor regulations and company policies.
Support for Management: Equip managers with the tools and support they need to enhance their leadership capabilities and effectively manage HR-related issues.
Core HR Processes: Assist in the implementation and execution of vital HR functions, such as performance management and compensation planning.
Organizational Design Support: Help facilitate the execution of organizational design strategies to meet business needs.
Champion Employee Advocacy: Foster a culture of employee advocacy by promptly addressing concerns and feedback to improve workplace satisfaction.
Employee Feedback Initiatives: Play a key role in managing employee listening programs to capture valuable insights and perspectives.
Data-Driven Insights: Leverage data and analytics to inform and support HR-related decision-making processes.
Collaborative Teamwork: Collaborate closely with People Operations, Talent Acquisition, and HR Business Partner (HRBP) teams to ensure the integration of HR strategies and initiatives.
Compliance Assurance: Guarantee that all HR functions align with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies, maintaining a compliant work environment.
Essential Qualifications
Comprehensive operational experience in generalist HR practices.
Fundamental understanding of employment laws and regulations.
Solid experience in managing employee relations cases.
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
A strong desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
Familiarity with MS Office Suite and HR software/tools is an advantage.
Experience in HR practices across the UK and Ireland is preferred.
Education and Licensing Requirements
A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
